European orders are fulfilled by TNT Express 24 courier service.
Your order will be delivered to you personally within 24 hours if you live in a major city, and no more 48 hours if you are in a more remote town or village.
Unfortunately, some locations’ postal departments except weekend deliveries, therefore, if for some reason the drop-off isn’t made on Friday, it may arrive only by Monday.
To guarantee timely delivery and proper temperature regime, we send orders from farm only three days per week (Monday-Wednesday).
According to this timetable, we prepare fresh caviar for shipment on 10-12 hours before.
Please ensure that there will be somebody to sign for your delivery at the delivery address. Our fresh caviar are thermo packed with ice to ensure premium quality on arrival. We send out on a next day delivery service as standard to ensure that your caviar arrives in perfect condition.
If you are not at the delivery address at the agreed delivery time, your product will be sent back to the depot. Osetrus Caviar cannot be held liable for your product if you fail to meet the agreed delivery time window. We cannot accept responsibility for any order which has been returned to the depot and will not issue a refund.
Sadly, there is no such thing as a perfect courier company. We do use TNT Express 24 as it has the big infrastructure, but things do sometimes go wrong. Once a parcel leaves our farm, it is outwith our complete control, but we will do whatever we can to ensure a successful delivery.
